Edgewater Dining

Exceptionally enjoyable dining experience. Errol the waiter/host was brilliant. Be sure to request Errol for your table especially in large groups. Food, atmosphere; all perfect.

We reserved a table and requested to be by the waters edge. We were advised it couldn't be promised but we would be very close. We were seated at the table furtherest from the water, in front of the busy kitchen and cash register. I mentioned our request as there were 3 unoccupied tables by the edge and was rudely told by our waitress this was the ONLY table available as they had a first in best dressed policy and specific tables could not be reserved. Obviously we were first in as those tables were empty??? We stayed for a couple of hours and by the time we left the tables by the waters edge remained unoccupied. The bar also got our drinks wrong and while there was nothing wrong with the food, there was nothing special about it either. I'm a local and use to love coming here regularly. I won't be returning - there are so many better venues that deserve my money. Invest in training your staff!
