  I picked up a rental car 1/2 filled with petrol & was expected to return it full. When I explained to the manager that it was only half full when I first got it, he aggressively responded "no it wasn't I have proof, then, "where's your proof?" - show me a photo?," from that moment I knew I wasn't going to resolve anything with a Manager who's strategy is to blame rather than resolve issues with his customers. Not only was the petrol an issue they had recorded the kilometres incorrectly. The unfortunately thing is I didn't think to check these things as I trusted these people, I thought a 1/2 tank of petrol must have been the norm. It's going to happen again because the real problem lays with them & wasn't solved. I'll never use this company again or ever recommend them to anyone. If you have to use them, ensure you take a photo of everything - fuel, kilometres & condition of car. If I had the option I would have given no stars... And, if all that wasn't enough, I wasn't given my $100 deposit back.
