When I moved in there was meat in the fridge, dirty socks and q tips on the ground but when I left the place cleaner then I found it my bond was taken off me. When I emailed them a million times for cleaning receipts they never responded to me and claimed they never received the emails.
This is my personal experience and personal recommendation is find ANYONE else to rent from. I'd give 0 out of 5 stars if google would let me. If you google 'gold coast real estate surfers paradise' you will find more negative reviews about this company.
