Zap Hair Design

Well I went today for the third time, not happy Jay. First time I had my hair cut and coloured, it was good, one side of my hair was thicker than I liked, but it was how it was prior, I walked out happy. The second time I went for a blow-dry for my cousins party, explained how I wanted it, I asked for height on the top part of my head, not flat. Well it was flat, he was busy and I could tell he just wanted me out of there, I expressed my upset, not rudely, but showed my upset needless to say, but it just wasn't how I explained before hand. Anyway I never spoke badly but aired my dislike by saying so, whilst I also apologised. So then last Friday I called and explained who I was reminding him of the last visit, and said to him if he didn't want to cut my hair I would understand but as I thought he was a good cutter wanted to return. He accepted my booking for the following Tuesday, today for a cut and colour. Now I have layered hair, a lot of it and like it thinned without thinning scissors, well where I explained it needed thinning he says one side of your head has more hair when parted on the side, yep at the top but not the sides, in any case in the end it's been unevenly cut , one side longer then the other, and where I've explained about keeping the length, he has cut and tapered the back all in, so it's shorter, again. Now I don't know if he is a bad cutter, or he just was upset over my previous visit, but he said he wasn't, so he isn't such a good hairdresser after all. He looks good, but given they only take cash, and I dried it off myself, I reckon $130 is rich. Firstly, he only coloured the roots and put the rest of the colour through 10mins prior to washing it off, my hair is at my ears, especially now, but wasn't much longer, mind you he was going to charged $135, so lucky me saved $5. I want my hair back, thanks for making me upset, crying and so frustrated can't wait for my hair to grow. And he lied saying he's of Chinese decent, he's Japanese, why would you lie, not that I cared either way. I think he is a vindictive nasty bit of work.
