Manolas Brothers Delicatessens

Have been going here for years but today service and coffee was terrible. I've lost count the amount of times I've had a pie with extra salad and no chips but was told I can't have it as no substitutions are aloud. First time I've heard of this so did complain as I can't see why there would be an issue of adding more salad especially as you are putting salad on the plate anyway instead of chips. The lady came out and said to me we will do it this time but in future you can't have it. Well the one thing the Gold Coast is not short of is cafes and restaurants so there probably won't be an in future for us again. Coffee was cold, very weak and for a flat white full of froth and when the meal came out there was no extra salad. Very disappointing experience overall.
